6 week train like a fitness model challenge.

Here I go again!
If any of my friends read this blog they will roll their eyes but I don't blame them cause even I stopped
believing in myself. My self control is ridiculously low. During those next 6 six weeks I will do my best to
work on self control, discipline and consistency. My goal is to look like or close to a fitness model slim and fit. I'm not trying to be one, I really admire the work, effort and dedication they put into their body and health.
So with that being said I will plan my meals and workout for the first week and post my stats tomorrow.

September 2013 weight loss plan

*lose 5lbs
*drink 8 glasses of water daily
*follow my workout plan (beachbody turbo fire)
*keep up with meal prepping
*reduce sugar intake
*no soda and other high calories drinks
*be healthy and happy

*eat breakfast daily
*eat veggie and fruit prepared
*no eating aftet 8pm
*workout first thing in the am
*lunch no later than 3pm
*sleep no later than 12:30 am ( my day starts late and ends late)
*be positive and focused on the results

New Body and Health Plan

I have been trying to lose weight forever. I made a resolution to lose weight this year and we are almost at the end of the year and I didn't even drop an ounce. But besides weight loss I have also been thinking about a perfect body with abs of steel and little muscles I'm not trying to look like a body builder. My plan is to of course lose weight first and then find a UFC gym where I can workout and train. Why I choose UFC is because I wanted to do kickboxing but someone told me about UFC gym and it has everything known to mixed martial arts. I originally wanyed to do crossfit but in my opinion it focuses more on weight training; although I want to build muscles the UFC gym has more to offer and I can learn martial arts and buid muscles at the same time. As always first things first I have to lose weight wahhhhhhh lol

20 weeks weight loss challenge

so we are almost at the end of the year and i still didn't lose an ounce of my weight. I probably won't reach my goal but i want to use the rest of the year to achieve something.

Will I ever lose weight?

Why is it so hard to lose weight or just be healthy? I wish I can turn off bad food from my life forever but it's so difficult!
So in January I ordered Turbo Fire and got it in two weeks. I started the program and really liked it, I still do.... but I had to take a week off because my work schedule and school studies kind of crashed in the same week. I'm planning to restart the week that i left off from and created a diet that I will follow for the next four weeks.
