Train like a Fitness Model

End of week one

I started this week at 163 and I'm currently 161.2.
Although I was 159.2 on Thursday which is really sad that's why binge eating is really bad.
For week two I'm going to try and stick to my diet plan. This week I was really good with my workout plan
which is Turbo fire. I'm currently on week 3. I will also measure myself and see the difference in a week or two.
My goal for next week is to lose 4 lbs and another 4 lbs by the end of the month of July.
My ultimate goal is to lose 40 lbs all together by the end of year.
