Long time no see, it's been almost a year since I last posted on this blog.<br />
And during that year a lot has happened.<br />
I have a renewed confidence in myself that I never knew was in me.<br />
This year I conquered my fears. I'm an adventurist at heart and love challenges but I'm too afraid to take action. During the time of my last post and today I should really give myself a round of applauses.<br />
Like I said, I love adventures and new challenges but afraid to take action or stepping out of my comfort zone to go for something else, something foreign to my daily activities.... my life a pretty monotone if you want to know.<br />
One thing that pushes me to act is my emotions. I can say or do things out of anger, happiness, nervousness etc and be happy or kick myself later on but hey I did it!<br />
So out of anger my good friends and I booked tickets to San Francisco. Anger but mostly stress, we were over worked and really needed a break. The anger is mostly the unfairness at the job we were at. So we needed a break. Booked a ticket and took about 7 days off... without notice yikes. Thankfully our manager was cool. It was the first time that I threw out my to do/ to go wish list and just took action. Our trip wasn't planed very well lol our first day in San Francisco was horrible. It took us 3 days to figure the city out, by the time we started to have fun it was time to come back home. We did enjoy our time away from work and other elements of our stressful life here in Jersey. <br />
Our trip was in May 2014 and in the beginning of the year I had applied for a new job at a major company, I was called back after the basic test for another voice test and didn't hear from them for almost 4 months leading us into May. I felt like I was going to stay at my fast food job/convenience store job for the rest of my life. But little did I know in August I got an email calling me for an interview in September, then a medical test in November than training in January 2015.<br />
This was so amazing to me. The hiring process took a whole year and plus four months of training. I am now working for a company which I thought I was never going to make it in because of my accent and not having a degree. This achievement really made me realize that I'm capable of anything I set my mind on, with prayers and faith and the will of God. I sure made my whole church pray for me lol.<br />
On another note I'm back in school and will finish my associates this year 2015 and embark on to the next level of my education.<br />
With 2 months left into this year and all the great achievements I've accomplished, I think the greatest wish of mine should get addressed.<br />
My weight loss or should I say my health journey. With all the accomplishments this year I've also scored an extra 20 pounds to my weight. How sad! But fortunately, I have met an amazing friend/sister who is not only encouraging and supporting me to take my health on track but is praying and motivating me to be strong and believe in myself. This is the beginning. Let's see what the update will be a year from today.<br />

Although I was 159.2 on Thursday which is really sad that's why binge eating is really bad.<br />
For week two I'm going to try and stick to my diet plan. This week I was really good with my workout plan<br />
which is Turbo fire. I'm currently on week 3. I will also measure myself and see the difference in a week or two.<br />
My goal for next week is to lose 4 lbs and another 4 lbs by the end of the month of July.<br />
My ultimate goal is to lose 40 lbs all together by the end of year.<br />

If any of my friends read this blog they will roll their eyes but I don't blame them cause even I stopped<br />
believing in myself. My self control is ridiculously low. During those next 6 six weeks I will do my best to<br />
work on self control, discipline and consistency. My goal is to look like or close to a fitness model slim and fit. I'm not trying to be one, I really admire the work, effort and dedication they put into their body and health.<br />
So with that being said I will plan my meals and workout for the first week and post my stats tomorrow.<br />

I made a resolution to lose weight this year and we are almost at the end of the year and I didn't even drop an ounce. But besides weight loss I have also been thinking about a perfect body with abs of steel and little muscles I'm not trying to look like a body builder. My plan is to of course lose weight first and then find a UFC gym where I can workout and train. Why I choose UFC is because I wanted to do kickboxing but someone told me about UFC gym and it has everything known to mixed martial arts. I originally wanyed to do crossfit but in my opinion it focuses more on weight training; although I want to build muscles the UFC gym has more to offer and I can learn martial arts and buid muscles at the same time. As always first things first I have to lose weight wahhhhhhh lol </p>

So in January I ordered Turbo Fire and got it in two weeks. I started the program and really liked it, I still do.... but I had to take a week off because my work schedule and school studies kind of crashed in the same week. I'm planning to restart the week that i left off from and created a diet that I will follow for the next four weeks. </div>

Hopefully this will be the last time and I will start tomorrow. I thought long about it and decided to do a juice and vegetable feast diet for the next 30 days. It'll be hard I know but I want to do it to see if my eczema will get better. A friend told me any rashes on the body has to do with the immune system, I still haven't researched it but it sounds legit to me, so I hope the fruit and veggie cleanse will help me by strengthening my immune system and after that I will record any food that I eat that may irritate my skin. I have dry skin especially in the winter, I also suffer from eczema since I was 6 years old. Every winter my skin just begs me to rip it off, every summer I'm the girl in jeans and pants covering her legs from people to see her eczema scars. My legs are so pale due to lack of sun exposure. I have been reading about eczema these days due to the fact that the creams and medication that the doctor prescribes only calms the itchiness not the disease itself. I found out that they're certain food I should eliminate from my diet like egg, dairy. I already know that I'm allergic to sea food, just the a flavors sea food dish makes my skin go crazy. I must admit that my diet is not all that and I have been eating a lot of junk my whole life so I'm not too sure of what I may or may not be allergic to. I'm not 23 year old and really tires of this chronic skin disease and would love to have an Itch free winter and a summer where I can have the sun kiss my legs. I have decided to take my health in serious condition. From being overweight to eczema, I don't want another problem to appear out of nowhere. All I was thinking about was weight loss, I was stressed and depressed all the time and gained weight. But during my time off I was happy, not healthy but happy; until I started having back and knee pains. I checked my BMI and I'm .3 percent away from obesity, I'm only 5'2 and weight 160. I realizes that if I don't do anything to save my Heath I will one of people in the hospital suffering from cardiovascular diseases or diabete ( which runs in my family).
