September 2013 weight loss plan

*lose 5lbs
*drink 8 glasses of water daily
*follow my workout plan (beachbody turbo fire)
*keep up with meal prepping
*reduce sugar intake
*no soda and other high calories drinks
*be healthy and happy

*eat breakfast daily
*eat veggie and fruit prepared
*no eating aftet 8pm
*workout first thing in the am
*lunch no later than 3pm
*sleep no later than 12:30 am ( my day starts late and ends late)
*be positive and focused on the results
